Privacy policy

Who we are

Stocha (company formation in progress) operates stocha.ai. Contact: hello@stocha.ai.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address and the time you agreed. We do not ask for your name and we do not use the waitlist for advertising.

Why we collect it

To email you once, when the Stocha beta opens. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Where it is stored

When you join, our web host (GoDaddy) emails your address and the time you agreed to our team inbox (Google Gmail). We do not keep it in a database. Our processors are GoDaddy (web hosting) and Google (the Gmail inbox that receives signups and sends the beta email). Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations. To limit abuse, the form counts attempts per visitor for one hour using a one-way hash of the IP address, then discards the count.

How long we keep it

We delete your address after we send the beta email, or 24 months after you joined, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your address, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@stocha.ai. We do not sell your address or share it, except with the processors named above. You also have the rights to restrict processing, to object and to data portability, and you can complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Our processors may store data outside your country; where that applies, they rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and storage

We use no cookies or trackers. Your browser saves your light or dark theme choice (the localStorage key "theme") on your device only. It is never sent to us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
