How do I shorten stadium entry lines on game day?
Model fans arriving in the hours before kick-off, bag checks and ticket scans with their times, and the gates, scanners and staff. Run game day many times and read the longest line and how many fans are still outside at the start. Compare more lanes, earlier gate opening and staff moved between gates.
